The M&R QUATRO Direct to Film (DTF) Transfer Printing System is a modern and efficient method of applying vibrant, high-quality durable images onto a wide variety of garments, and fabric types.

The M&R QUATRO 60 cm (24”) High-Resolution Industrial Inkjet Printer comes with a PC workstation with intuitive Graphic User Interface (GUI) and QUATRO HP RIP software - powered by CALDERA; four Epson i3200 print heads: two CMYK and two White; and a bulk ink system with white ink recirculation.

The M&R QUATRO Combination Adhesive Application System and Quartz Infrared Dryer includes an on-board bulk powder adhesive reservoir to promote continuous system operation; two base-mounted trays to capture excess powder adhesive for reuse; an Integrated exhaust filtration system; continuous temperature monitoring, and M&R’s “Positive Link System” to ensure accurate film tracking between the QUATRO printer, powder applicator and dryer.

A QUATRO system purchase includes three days of operator and maintenance training for two employees at M&R’s Roselle, IL SM&RT Academy; ongoing VIP access to M&R’s online Learning Management System (LMS) video support library and M&R 24/7/365 technical support hotline; and a startup consumables kit and a maintenance kit.

 

COBRA™ Automatic Screen Printing Press

M&R’s COBRA™ automatic screen printing presses set the standard in combining quality components, durable craftsmanship and high speed production all in one machine. The COBRA series of presses provide operators with time-saving features needed for quick setups—electric printheads, tool-free squeegee/floodbar angle adjustments with air locks, pneumatic frame locks, and independent squeegee/flood speeds with digital displays.

 

 

STRYKER™ Automatic Oval Screen Printing Press

M&R’s Stryker sets the standard for oval format screen printing presses. Its oval design takes up less floor space than comparable carousel automatic screen printing presses, making more efficient use of the available production area. Available in three print format sizes and expandable from 10 to 52 stations with selectable printhead locations, the Stryker can be tailored to almost any production requirement, floor layout or shop size. A high-quality, smooth-operating servo-drive indexer provides fast, accurate single or double indexing, making Stryker ideal for cut-piece and all-over print garments. The 80x110 model can print up to 132 x 110 cm (52” x 43.5”) in alternating printheads!

 

 

CHALLENGER® III Automatic Screen Printing Press

Challenger® revolutionized screen printing in the 1980s, and Challengers have dominated the industry ever since. M&R’s Challenger III automatic screen printing press expands on that tradition by combining innovative features—like M&R’s electronically adjustable Ink Dip™ ink retrieval system—with exceptional speed and the best ideas from over 25 years of M&R automatics. Challenger III’s indexer enables double indexing in one uninterrupted motion, increasing production speed for oversize work by eliminating the pause between indexes.

 

 

GAUNTLET® III Automatic Screen Printing Press

Gauntlet III is M&R’s versatile, high-production mid-size automatic screen printing press. It’s available in 10-18 colors with a maximum standard image area of 48 x 55 cm (19” x 22”). Gauntlet III automatic screen printing machines feature printheads driven by fast, reliable electric-drive motors. The printheads feature calibrated tool-free click-stop four-corner off-contact settings for fast and accurate screen leveling. The press includes tool-free front and rear print-stroke adjustment for versatility and exceptionally high production rates.

 

 

SPORTSMAN® EX Automatic Screen Printing Press

M&R’s Sportsman® EX automatic screen printing presses offer exceptional value and quality at an amazingly affordable price. Sportsman EX 4045 is available in 6, 8, 10 and 12-color models with a maximum image area of 41 x 46 cm (16” x 18”). Sportsman EX 5050 is available in 6, 8, 10, and 12-color models with a maximum image area of 51 x 51 cm (20" x 20"). Sportsman EX 5070, featuring double indexing and designed specifically for cut-piece printing, is available in 6, 8, 10, and 12-color models with a maximum image area of 51 x 71 cm (20” x 28”).

 

 

DIAMONDBACK E™ Automatic Screen Printing Press

Diamondback E™ is an evolution of the popular Diamondback series line of versatile, highly-affordable automatic screen printing presses that brought full-featured servo index-driven automatics to the entry-level user. Now with electric printheads, the Diamondback E is the ultimate bang for the buck entry-level automatic screen printing press. It’s available in 6, 8 or 10 colors. Diamondback E has a maximum image area of 41 x 46 cm (16" x 18"), and can accept screen frames up to 58 x 84 x 5 cm (23" x 33" x 2").

Kruzer™ is M&R’s most affordable entry-level manual screen printing press. Built with M&R’s rugged construction and innovative design, Kruzer includes numerous proven design features, including tapered-roller-bearing-supported upper and lower carousels, a precise micro-registration system, machined center shaft, and three-point pallet leveling system. Kruzer’s unique lever-adjusted off-contact system operates vertically, eliminating the need for a separate angle adjustment. Kruzer is offered in a 6-color/4-station model with a maximum image area of 41 x 46" (16" x 18") and a standard pallet size of 38 x 41 cm (15” x 16”). It’s designed to fit through a 78 cm (31") doorway when disassembled.

The freestanding Red Chili DX™ quartz flash cure system has numerous sophisticated features that can be operated directly from newer compatible M&R presses (Challenger III, Gauntlet III & Stryker). Those features include flash duration, power level, temperature sensor, and programmed individual multi-function settings (recipes). Red Chili DX uses medium-wave sealed tungsten filament quartz lamps with adjustable intensity. ECO-RINSE™ Automatic Screen Rinsing System

M&R’s Eco-Rinse automates the tedious process of rinsing exposed screens while ensuring consistency and reducing the chance of unintentionally blowing out exposed images. Manually-processed screens often require follow-up rinsing because of incomplete or inadequate processing due to operator fatigue, boredom, or inadequate training. Processing can also vary from one operator to the next. Those problems are eliminated with the consistent screen rinsing available with the Eco-Rinse automatic screen rinsing system. In addition to consistent results, the balanced pressure and even application provided by simultaneous sprays from both sides of the screen maintain screen tension and extend screen life. And since Eco-Rinse processes screens so quickly, per-screen labor costs can be cut by up to half.

 

ECO-TEX™ Automatic Screen Cleaning and Reclaiming System

M&R’s Eco-Tex™ automates and simplifies the entire screen-cleaning process, and it handles screen frames up to 132 x 97 cm (52” x 38”). In the process, Eco-Tex reduces environmental impact and lowers operating costs by recirculating screen-cleaning chemicals. Users have the option of leaving the emulsion intact while removing ink, or of completely stripping ink, emulsion, and other residue from screens. Once the screens have been cleaned, Eco-Tex rinses them with a high-pressure fresh-water power wash.

 

UNI-KOTE™ Automatic Screen Coating Machine

The Uni-Kote™automatic screen coater from M&R brings automated efficiency and consistency to one of the most important steps in the screen printing process. Unlike manual coating the Uni-Kote will not vary in coating speed or pressure, giving you properly coated screens that lead to better image quality, ink deposit and detail in your prints.

 

TURNABOUT™ Screen Printing Ink Mixers

The Turnabout™ automatic ink mixer employs a blade that imparts a lifting and rolling action to screen printing inks. That, coupled with Turnabout’s rotating action, ensures evenly blended inks, even reaching ink that typically settles on the sides and bottoms of containers. The container clamping system is self-centering and adjusts to accommodate a wide range of container sizes.
