Product Description
CG-3 is best suited for clean-up of plastisol ink. Use this product as a screen opener, as a screen wash when saving the emulsion, and as a press wipe during continuous printing. CG-3 is emulsion and capillary stencil safe. It will protect the fabric from deep stains or ghosting from the image print, which will make it much easier when complete reclamation of the screen is necessary. This product is also an excellent cleaner for the removal of pallet or belt printers' adhesive. This product can be used in a wide variety of innovative cleaning processes ranging from re-circulation machines, dip tanks, or precision immersion cleaning processes. It may also be applied manually by a brush or a hand held sprayer. CG-3 is fast drying and leaves no film or oil residue so that the clean surface is in excellent condition for tape adhesion.
PRESS WASH / SCREEN OPENER
Apply CG-3 to both sides of the screen and then wipe or squeegee off until all residue is gone. CG-3 works extremely well when cataloging the screen.
RECIRCULATING SCREEN CLEANER
Card excessive ink from the screen. This product can be continuously re-circulated until product becomes too heavily soiled with solids. Used product may be filtered and re-used. *Dispose of in accordance with state, local and federal regulations.
