Sportswear Poly has a higher density help matt fibers better and cover dark garments. Can be used as an underlay, as a highlight white, and can be printed through mesh counts up to 230.
Cures at 270°F to aide in prohibiting dye migration and lays flatter than most of our other whites, making it easier for multi-color printing.

Storage: 70°-80°F. Due to the ability to cure at low temperatures This is extremely important. Ink will become thicker over time but can be reduced to a printable viscosity.

Wet on Wet printing: Yes
Modifiers: not recommended
Squeegee: medium to hard, 45 degree angle
Flashing: 700°F for 3-5 seconds
Fusion/Curing: 260°F/127°C - 325°F/163°C for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Heat Press: 390°F/195°C for 8 seconds
Wash Up: Any plastisol cleaner
